Our musical approach started with a very clear idea, giving special attention to electronica and reggae, two styles that are very hard to find on Barcelona’s radio waves. Electronica music is presented by Gen, a collective that is involved in various activities related to music and has clear the objective of giving out important information, related to science, consciousness and art. The reggae section is offered by two selectors and djs on the Barcelona scene; Dance Crasher Sound, who are supported by Big Up (Jamaican Cultural Association) and many other selectors and sound systems in Barcelona. We also incorporated a bridge between these two styles made up of jazz and pop-rock, styles that we are used to listneing to, and try to transmit in a more select way. The science part is something that was cropping up everywhere. There are certain things that we need to know, because they are of vital importance for the evolution of our consciousness and the evoultion of our planet. We will approach science from all the different angles that we can, from all it’s disciplines. Physics, chemistry, mathematics, anthropology, archaeology, biology, psychology, philosophy, etc, together with their respective, new, intriguing and exciting discoveries. We will give a global point of view of things that were once fragmented, becoming lost in oblivion, and that need to be put together again. We will pay special attention to subjects that we consider of great interest, as, for example, the paradigm shift that science today is acutally facing, the parallelisms between new discoveries and the wisdom of the majority of ancient cultures, new amazing theories, cool experiments and much much more. All the information will be exposed inbetween the music in sets of no more than five minutes long, so that they are easy to digest and understand. Each chapter will be a standalone, but put together, they will form the hologram that we are trying to comunicate. We will include longer sets and interviews with cutting edge scientists.
